Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of League Links (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- upload content that is infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer or misuse the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit — league and tournament details, scores, posts, and similar (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the members of your leagues and tournaments. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to submit it.
4. Plans, payments & refunds
League Links offers free tiers and paid plans for leagues and tournaments. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Paid league seasons provide access for the stated season period; tournament pricing is based on the field size you select.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll work with you in good faith.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Google (sign-in), Supabase (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and a golf course data provider. Your use of those services through League Links may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, logos, and branding — is owned by League Links and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the Service normally.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, handicaps, or statistics will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, League Links and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless League Links and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
